the foundational ROADMAP ABOUT PUMPING YOUR MAMA NEVER TOLD YOU! TEACHING PUMPING + NURSING PARENTS HOW TO USE EQUIPMENT, AND EVIDENCE-BASED NATURAL LACTATION RHYTHMS TO SUPPORT YOUR BREASTFEEDING GOALS

it breaks my heart into a million pieces whenever i hear stories of lactating parents having awful LC experiences 😭😭😭 because i never ever want to speak ill of my fellow lactation professionals. but here's what i will say —

pumping is different than nursing. and a LOT of lactation professionals are soooo incredibly good at nursing support (i know my forte, and girl, this is honestly not mine) — but this does not mean they specialize in pumping.

there is almost no professional pumping education, and honestly, it shows. there is a huge lack in teaching parents to pump, and to do it WELL.

Your Overproducing Exclusively Pumping Mama

HI I'M BETHANY — Certified lactation counselor +

pumping does not have to suck!!! let me show you how you can have a foundation and know exactly how to pump correctly + successfully.

i've not only pumped exclusively myself for the past 20 months since my son was born. but i've also invested into my pumping education career — i went through a 12 week mastermind pumping course earlier this year specifically created for lactation professionals, hosted by my friend Tamari (One With The Pump) idk you might know her 👀 🤩

so when i tell you i'm freaking GOOD at what i do — i wouldn't be here if i didn't seriously believe this course and what i teach inside it could honestly and truly help you and make a massive impact in your pumping journey!!!
  1. you're an exclusively pumping parent that was forced (or thrown) into pumping very suddenly and you feel so freaking lost and confused at where to even start
  2. you're nursing your baby, returning to paid work (or leaving your LO during the day) and need to know how to pump as quickly as possible, and it's also going to be the death of you
  3. you have an oversupply and desperately need help understanding how to take care of your body because you seriously cannot have another clog or round of mastitis again
  4. you're struggling with your supply and just want to give your baby as much breast milk as possible from your own body, maybe even stop supplementing with formula
  5. you're recovering from clogged ducts or a bout of mastitis and want to help your body heal while also supporting your milk supply

Basics to Successful Pumping Course

WHo is this course for?

i created this course for a few specific groups of parents who needed more support with pumping + knowing how to do it more successfully.

which of these do you say "omg this is exactly me, how did you know??"

or more specifically —

is pumping painful and you brace yourself before you turn on your pump (or turn your breasts away from the warm shower water)?

does it take you 30 minutes or more to empty fully from your pump session? like you've never felt empty, ever, and is that even normal??

do you have actually zero freaking idea how to work your pump? like you just turn it on and click random buttons HOPING it will do something?

are you concerned about your supply and what the HECK is wrong with you that you can't make enough milk for your sweet babe?

is pumping the bane of your freaking existence, and you just need to know how to pump kind of adequately, and quickly, while you're away from home?

"

My production is up enough that I can feed my baby girl, provide milk for twin girls that my friend had, and still build some stock.

"

"I used your course and got back my slight oversupply so I can maintain some freezer milk, and so that I can give my baby a fully bottle and not stress if he doesn't finish it."

Ana | new exclusive pumper

"

You have reminded me it is OK to mourn the journey I don't get to have but celebrate the journey I have in front of me. You are why I did not give up.

What the Mamas Have to Say

A: it is so important to me to create this resource as an instant access and pre-recorded course – available 24/7, day or night, to whatever your personal schedule looks like!!! you can go through it at your own pace, pause and come back to it at your convenience. it starts as soon as you purchase – you can head on in and start pumping more successfully + efficiently like ASAP!!!

Q: when does the course start? is it available as a live training?

FAQS

Most Frequently Asked Questions

A: omg YES!!! i created this course with no postpartum time restraints. no matter if you are a few weeks pp, or close to hitting a year, or beyond – this course has foundational lactation information that can be applied to you at any time during your pumping journey.

Q: is this course only for freshly postpartum parents? what if i am 6+ months postpartum and still pumping or breastfeeding, can i still take this course?

A: you bet!!! i've heard over and over again from my nursing parents that pumping is completely overwhelming. moms feel completely lost when having to return to work and suddenly have to rely on a machine instead of the closeness and connection you have with your baby. don't tell the pumping mamas, but i argue that pumping as a nursing mom is HARDER. i created this course for you especially in mind – giving you the most important information as quickly as possible (as little overwhelm as possible)!!!

Q: i'm nursing exclusively but am returning to work, and want to know how to use my pump for any time i need to be away from my baby. will this course still help me even if i'm not exclusively pumping?

A: we don't cover specific brand pumps, but you will learn about letdown + expression mode settings as a whole! when to use these settings to maximize your milk volume output and work with your body's natural lactation rhythm. you'll be able to “copy + paste” this setting knowledge to any pump you use!!!

Q: does this course include brand specific pump settings + equipment – like my Spectra brand pump?

A: yes, you can actually take in the information in 3 different ways – video, audio, or text/reading. this can be completely customizable and adaptable for your situation. no matter if you needed to read while your baby is sleeping next to you, or listen while you're in the car to work – this is perfect for everyone!!!

Q: i like reading when i learn – does this course have a text format for me?

A: from start to finish – the course is one hour long and includes 3 chapters and within those chapters, 9 lessons. the point of this education is to not give you every single answer to everything you've ever had about breastfeeding! but instead give you the simplistic roadmap to start, and troubleshoot some of the most common questions and concerns with pumping!!!

Q: how long is the course? how much content does it include?

A: when you book a 1:1 pumping consult with me, we meet for 45 mins virtually to address your biggest breastfeeding concerns and goals! you'll get recommendations and support from me, then texting support for the next 2 weeks. we do address some similar topics in both a consult and the course – flange size, how to use your pump and specific settings, schedule and length of pump session. your pumping consult is much more customizable – you get all my energy on YOU!

Q: what is the difference between a 1:1 pumping consult session and the basics to successful pumping course?
